Shop Our Range Custom Tiny Homes

Step 1: Enquire.

You can enquire online or give us a call if you are interested in purchasing from our existing range or want to build a custom Tiny Home.

Step 2: Choose your design.

We will set up a personalised Consultation (over a video or phone call) to discuss your chosen design from our range - lock in colour scheme details, etc. However, if you are after a Custom Build – there is an additional cost of $4,000 + GST Fee. This is to cover preliminary layouts, revisions, 3D concepts, lighting and framing plans, etc for your custom build Tiny home.

Step 3: Build spot fee.

Once a design is confirmed, we will lock in a date to start the build of your Tiny Home. There is a $1,000 non-refundable payment that is required to secure your spot, this will be deducted from the total price of your tiny home.

Step 4: Contract.

We will provide you with a contract detailing the requirements of the build and delivery. Once the contract is signed, we can proceed with next steps.

Step 5: Payment

We require two installments during the build process. The first when you sign the contract, which consists of 40%, then settle the final 60% along with any variation costs before your tiny house departs our yards.

Step 6: Delivery

We will deliver your tiny home on an agreed date, time and location. 14-16 weeks approximately from securing your order.

Trailer and sub-floor.

We can build on site (if local) or at one of our yards – if you opt to purchase a trailer, our trailers are locally sourced galvanized steel, lightweight, and durable. Flooring is Insulated with 70mm foam and topped with 18mm plywood and is detachable from the trailer.

Steel frame.

All our Tiny homes are constructed with Steel framing. Steel's durability surpasses wood, ensuring longevity. Its lightweight nature enhances transportation efficiency while providing a robust foundation. We prioritise thermal breaks, fostering warmth and dryness within the house. By choosing steel, we contribute to an environmentally friendly construction approach.

Joinery and Cladding

Our locally made joinery is double glazed, powder coated aluminum, designed to withstand high wind zones for effortless transportation. Choose from various cladding options, including ColorSteel and Wathertex, to achieve your desired aesthetic. Roof and gutters are also available in different profiles and colours, all made with durable ColorSteel materials.

Interior linings.

Certified professionals handle plumbing/gas and electrical layouts, issuing a Certificate of Compliance upon completion. Our meticulous process includes installing thick Eco thermal insulation (90mm wall and 105mm ceiling). Walls are lined with high-grade poplar plywood panels (9mm), offering flat or grooved options. Choose negative detail with black or white joining strips. Complete the look with skirting, scotia, architraves, and a flawless paint finish.

Kitchen and appliances

Collaborating with our trusted partners, Popular Kitchens in Auckland, we ensure top-notch design and craftsmanship. Using premium materials, our cabinetry is built to perfection, resulting in stunning aesthetics. Choose from a diverse range of colours and textures, with every component tailored to seamlessly fit our tiny homes.

Bathroom

The bathroom is supplied with endless hot water via the Rinnai A26 califont. It comes fitted with all high quality tapware, extractor fan, heated towel rail and a full size 900 x 900 shower as standard and standard toilet but changes can be made depending on your needs.
