Harmy has over 20 years experience working in the construction industry as a registered Master Builder on both residential and commercial projects.

Neal is a seasoned registered Master Builder with over 30 years experience working on large scale commercial and residential projects.

Step 1: Enquire.

You can enquire online or give us a call if you are interested in purchasing from our existing range or want to build a custom Tiny Home.

Step 2: Choose your design.

We will set up a personalised Consultation (over a video or phone call) to discuss your chosen design from our range - lock in colour scheme details, etc. However, if you are after a Custom Build – there is an additional cost of $4,000 + GST Fee. This is to cover preliminary layouts, revisions, 3D concepts, lighting and framing plans, etc for your custom build Tiny home.

Step 3: Build spot fee.

Once a design is confirmed, we will lock in a date to start the build of your Tiny Home. There is a $1,000 non-refundable payment that is required to secure your spot, which will be deducted from the total price of your tiny home.

Step 4: Contract.

We will provide you with a contract detailing the requirements of the build and delivery. Once the contract is signed, we can proceed with next steps.

Step 5: Payment

We require two installments during the build process. The first when you sign the contract, which consists of 40%, then settle the final 60% along with any variation costs before your tiny house departs our yards.

Step 6: Delivery

We will deliver your tiny home on an agreed date, time and location. 14-16 weeks approximately from securing your order.
